Virtual therapy · New York
Support for the season you’re in.
You may know exactly what feels hard, or only know that something needs to change. We can begin with either.
Individual therapy
Space for adults navigating anxiety, sadness, stress, grief, identity questions, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, make room for your experience, and practice ways of responding that feel more intentional.
Children & teens
A collaborative space for children ages six and up and teens to explore emotions, relationships, identity, school pressures, and change. We discuss caregiver involvement and privacy expectations as part of getting started.
Families
Support for understanding one another, navigating tension, communicating needs, and building connection. We begin by identifying what each person hopes can feel different.
Motherhood & caregiving
Room for the mental load, changing identity, competing needs, and exhaustion that can come with caring for others. Your experience matters alongside the people you care for.
Faith-integrated support
When you want it included, faith can be part of our conversations about meaning, uncertainty, healing, and hope. You choose whether and how spirituality enters our work.
A collaborative approach
Our work may draw on cognitive behavioral therapy to explore thoughts and patterns, mindfulness to build awareness, and Internal Family Systems–informed parts work to understand the different feelings and needs within you. We choose approaches together, guided by your goals and pace.
Care that fits your needs
Session options
We’ll choose the session length together based on your needs.
Insurance & payment options
Let’s talk about making care accessible.
Making room for your mental health includes finding a way to pay for care. High Water is in-network with Cigna, Optum, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can discuss using them toward care; reimbursement depends on your plan. Self-pay is also welcome, and a limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available.
Ebony is an Open Path therapist, with limited spaces for eligible Open Path members. Ask about current availability and the steps to get started.
Your session fee, coverage, and any expected out-of-pocket costs will be reviewed before care begins.
